The “Trattoria da Fiore” has been operating since 1871 in Venice in Calle delle Botteghe in San Marco. In 1983 Sergio Boschian took over it to give it new impetus that led it to be recognized as a synonym of quality and tradition appreciated in Italy and in the world.

The “Trattoria da Fiore” has been operating since 1871 in Venice in Calle delle Botteghe in San Marco. In 1983 Sergio Boschian took over it to give it new impetus that led it to be recognized as a synonym of quality and tradition appreciated in Italy and in the world.
Typical, informal, familiar and above all Venetian restaurant that involves everyone with genuine cuisine made with fresh and seasonal products.
Over the years, the old Trattoria “da Fiore” has managed to renew itself, retaining a loyal clientele, with good typical Venetian cuisine in an increasingly globalized market in tastes and habits.

In 1991 the Trattoria da Fiore split into two, creating the “Bacaro da Fiore“, now a famous cicchetteria where you can find Venetian specialties such as Baccalà Mantecato, grilled cuttlefish, Sarde in Saor, Venetian liver, all accompanied by a good glass of wine from the Fiore winery.
Familiar and comfortable atmosphere, appreciated by all those who come here to eat and taste dishes of the typical Venetian tradition.
